            PAYROLL CHECK PICK-UP / DELIVERY POLICY

            Weekly Time Cards and Daily Reports should be turned over to the Accounting Dept.
            by the end of every Monday.
            Weekly Payroll Checks should be ready by 4 PM every Thursday.
            Each project sites are required to coordinate getting their employee/s’ check/s without missing.

            Weekly payroll checks should be delivered to each job site as follows:


              1. If an engineer is assigned to the project, he should pick up the check at the end of
                   Thursday or Friday Morning.
              2. If no engineer has assigned to the job site, the Project Superintendent should stop by
                   the Main Office to pick them up at the end of Thursday or Friday Morning before going
                   to the job site.
              3. If the superintendent can not pick up the checks for any reasonable reason or emergency,
                   the Project Manager should deliver the check to the job site on Friday before the end of a day.
              4. If any employee wants his / her check to be mailed, they should notify Accounting by noon
                   on Thursday, and he should be informed that he/she may not be able to get the check by mail
                   until next Monday depending on USPS Delivery Schedule.
              5. If any employee is being laid off, the superintendent should allow him to leave the job site
                   1 or 2 hour/s early to pick up the check at the Main Office.
                   Also, the superintendent or Project Manager should notify Accounting at least by Noon
                   of the same day to issue the paycheck unless it is an emergency.
              6. If there is no superintendent assigned at the job site (Usually, these are trade projects such as
                   painting, flooring or ceramic tile only), then, the each foreman should pick up the checks on
                   Thursday afternoon or Friday Morning for its projects.
              7. If just one or two workers such as framer, drywall hanger, taper, lather, plaster or laborer are
                   working at the job site without the direct supervision of foreman, superintendent or
                   project manager, then, the project manger should deliver the check to the job site on Friday any time.
              8. If none of these applies, report to & coordinate with ACI Admin for the employees to get their
                   checks by the end of every Friday.
