        Dear Valued Angeles Contractor Employee:

               In our continued effort to improve the work experience of all employees, Angeles Contractor has rece
        ntly revised and updated its employee handbook.  Each employee will be provided a copy of the new handboo
        k and will be asked to sign a notice stating they have received and reviewed the employee handbook and othe
        r Angeles Contractor policies.  If you have any questions regarding the handbook, the acknowledgement, or an
        y other company policies or procedures, please feel free to contact Chris Kim, Human Resources.  For the ease
        and upon request, you may view a version of the newest handbook that highlights the changes from the pervi
        ous handbook.  If you wish to see this version of the handbook, please request it from Chris Kim, Human Reso
        urces.

               Additionally, as you know, in furtherance of maintaining the high level of quality that is expected of An
        geles Contractor employees, the company maintains a Global Positioning Systems (“GPS”) software in its comp
        any issued phones.  As part of this process, the company has recently updated its GPS system and will require
        all company cell phones to be turned into the new GPS system before 8/30/2013, so that the new software ca
        n be installed.  As before, these GPS devices will allow the Company to track the location of the phones during
        working hours. This tracking will assist the Company in locating lost cell phones, training employees, monitorin
        g productivity, avoiding theft, deterring non productive behavior, and ensuring employee safety.  Any and all s
        urveillance will be done in accordance with federal and California laws.

        All ACI employees are required to schedule to be office before 8/30/2013 to conduct as noted below.
        This procedure will take about 10 to 30 Minutes and please sign up the schedule with Carmen for respe
        ctive availability.
