As you know, all ACI Jobsites have been conducting JOB SAFETY SUREVEY
along with Weekly Safety Meeting.
(Every Monday before job start or earliest time per jobsite schedule)

In addition to that, from Monday 10/29/2012, ALL ACI subcontractors must submit
the Code of Safe Practices & New Employee Safety Orientation (CSP & NESO)
for all their workers to ACI by Wednesday, 10/31/2012 without exception.
(See attached form)

All new or current employee of subcontractors need to submit
the (CSPR & NESO) and they are required to submit only 1 time.
