               Vehicle Inspection & Preventive Maintenance

All ACI vehicles must be inspected by the driver prior to each use. Mechanical defects will be
repaired immediately. Chris Kim, Senior Vice President, will periodically spot check company
               vehicles to determine their condition.

               Vehicle inspections will include:
                   Lights
                   Turn signals
                   Emergency flashers
                   Tires
                   Horn
                   Brakes
                   Fluids
                   Windshield condition and wiper condition
                   Mirrors

All vehicles will also be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers’ recommendations. It
is the responsibility of the individual assigned the vehicle to ensure proper maintenance and
repairs are performed. If your vehicle is not safe, do not drive.

               Accidents

Any accident involving ACI vehicles must be reported to the driver's supervisor. If the driver is
unable to make a report, another employee who knows the details of the accident must make
the report. The driver of any ACI vehicle involved in an accident must also complete a Motor
Vehicle Accident Report and submit it to his / her supervisor within one work day of the
accident. The completed report and vehicle must be taken to the administration office so that
damages may be estimated and repairs scheduled.

The law requires that each driver involved in a vehicle accident must show his/her license on
request by the other party. Be sure to obtain adequate information on the other driver(s)
involved as well as on the owner of the vehicles. Names, addresses, driver's license numbers,
vehicle descriptions, and registration information are essential. In addition, a description of
damages is needed for completion of accident reports as well as pictures. If the accident is
investigated by off site police agencies, request that a copy of the police report be sent to
Angeles Contractor, Inc., or obtain the name and department of the investigating officer. A
printed card titled "In Case of Accident" is to be kept in each official vehicle to assist in
               collecting required information.
