Please be informed that the recent updates of the State of California Executive Order N-33-20 - Coronavirus (COVID-19) at
        construction work places.

1), The State of California announced Executive Order N-33-20 yesterday which did not clarify the details of essential
infrastructure sectors that could remain in operation. Later that same evening at 11:22PM, Govenor Newsom expanded his
statewide order to specifically designate construction as essential as such: (This goes into effect on Thursday, March 19, 2020.
The order is in place until further notice.)

"The California State Public Health Officer and Director of the California Department of Public Health is ordering all individuals
living in the State of California to stay home or at their place of residence, except as needed to maintain continuity of operation
of the federal critical infrastructure sectors, critical government services, schools, childcare, and construction, including housing
        construction."
        See: https://covid19.ca.gov/stay-home-except-for-essential-needs/

2), Since Angeles Contractor operations are exempt from closure and travel restrictions because Angeles Contractor, Inc. is an
Essential Business, we are issuing a Travel Authorization Letter for all employees to carry with them along with a valid ID
during all travel including commutes. You may get a ticket without carrying the Travel Authorization Letter during operation
hours. (see attached, ACI Travel Authorization Letter).

3), If subcontractors do not follow the statewide order and are not able to meet the project's schedule, then we need to enforce
the order to continue work as mentioned above.

        Thank you,

Chris Kim | Senior Vice President
