ACI would like to share importance about the beneficiary designation with your 401(k) Plan.
Most of you have completed a beneficiary designation form during your 401(k) enrollment process.
It is an important document to have your beneficiary to claim the money if anything happens to you.
Those of you who have completed paper form, ACI HR will keep the form until claim is necessary.

Those of you who have updated beneficiary information at oneamerica.com may continue to see beneficiary
information online.
ACI encourages you to take advantage using online tools including online beneficiary information.
You may register for your account via the web at www.oneamerica.com or via TeleServe ® (Participant Service Center) at
1‐800‐249‐6269.
To register you will need your plan number, which is G38498.
