[Safety Guidance for Construction Sites in Los Angeles County] (COVID-19) (P)

ACI Safety Admin is requiring ALL ACI Project Sites in Los Angeles County to complete the attached file:
Appendix A, and post it along with Announcement 5 at the closest jobsite or office entrance. Then, send a
completed Appendix A and Picture of its Posting to Ana and Brian.
Completing the Appendix will show compliance and ensure that your inspections are not delayed.

Per Safety Memo #026 (K): "The Project Superintendent on site or his designee is responsible for all issues
that arise concerning the COVID-19 event. This person will be the single point of contact for employees,
visitors and subcontractors reporting incidents.”

Please see the attached LADBS “Announcement 5 revised 04.15.2020 (COVID-19 Safety Guidance for
Construction Sites)” based on Interim CDC’s Guidance for businesses and employers to plan and respond to
the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), OSHA’s guidance on preparing workplaces for COVID-19, and
the public order under the City of Los Angeles Emergency Authority, by Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti.

This is the latest prominent change to the Safety Guidelines, revised on April 15:
1. Practice social distancing by maintaining a minimum 6-foot distance from others. A Public Notice of
Social Distancing Protocol, in a manner consistent with the Mayor’s Order dated April 10th, shall be
posted at work site entrances.
