CRUSH INJURY
Treatment for a casualty who has been crushed
for MORE than 15 minutes
• Do not remove the item that is crushing your casualty • Call for an ambulance
• Monitor their response levels continuously
• Offer them plenty of reassurance • Treat them for shock
