SNAKE BITES
If you or someone else is bitten by a snake you should never:
• Suck the venom out of the bite
• Cut the venom out of the bite wound with a knife or other instrument
• Rub anything into the wound
• Apply any tight bandage around the bitten limb to stop the spread of venom, such as a tourniquet or ligature
