                             Note:
                                     (1)  The  scholarship  shall  be  enjoyed  by  the  student  during  the  succeeding
                                         semester after winning the event.
                                     (2)  Should an athlete win in the higher meets, he/she  enjoys whichever offers
                                         the higher benefit.
                                     (3)  Invitational games sanctioned by PSC can also be considered however, Fiesta
                                         invitational games/provincial/town fiesta will not be considered.

             3.18.3.3.4. Requirements to be met by Athletic Scholars

             3.18.3.3.4.1.   For New Scholars (Freshmen)
             3.18.3.3.4.1.1.   Must be officially Enrolled in the University
             3.18.3.3.4.1.2.   Certificate  of  Participation  from  the  Principal  and  Coach  stating  that  he/she  was  an
                               athlete and participated in the Regional or National Meet when he/she was a fourth year
                               high school student.
             3.18.3.3.4.1.3.   National – Full Tuition Scholarship
             3.18.3.3.4.1.4.   Regional – Half Tuition Scholarship

             3.18.3.3.4.2.   Varsity Athletes
             3.18.3.3.4.2.1.  The athlete should present his/her previous grades to the P.E. and Sports Department for
                               recommendation to be included in the list of athletic scholars. FAILURES and DROPPED
                               marks  shall  disqualify  an  athlete  to  become  a  scholar.  However,  with  INCOMPLETE
                               grades, he/she should complete before he/she enjoys the scholarship grant.
             3.18.3.3.4.2.2.  Participated in the Regional or National Meet. In case there are no athletic meets within a
                               school year, the athlete should religiously practice or undergo training in preparation for
                               higher meets.

             3.18.3.4.    Socio-Cultural Scholarship
             3.18.3.4.1.    IFSU Performing Arts to include the following shall avail of Half Tuition fee discount:
             3.18.3.4.1.1.     Musical Band/Choral group-singers
             3.18.3.4.1.2.     Theater Guild
             3.18.3.4.1.3.     ISCU Dance Troupe (Cultural Dance Troupe and other accredited dance troupes).

                    Note: The list of scholars under these categories shall be determined by the Section Head of the
                    Socio-cultural section.

             3.18.3.4.2.    PASUC Cultural Olympics – National Level: 100% Full Tuition Fee discount.
             3.18.3.4.3.    Philippine  Sports  Commission  Program/Philippine  Olympic  Festival  National  Games/NSA
                           Sponsored Cultural Competition
             3.18.3.4.3.1.     National Games – 100% Full Tuition

             3.18.3.4.3.2.   PSC/POF/NSA Regional Qualifying Games
             3.18.3.4.3.2.1.   Gold – 100% Tuition Fee discount
             3.18.3.4.3.2.2.   Silver Medalist – 75% Tuition Fee discount
             3.18.3.4.3.2.3.   Bronze Medalist – 50% Tuition Fee discount

                           Incentives shall also be given to Mr. and Miss IFSU depending on the level of competition.
                    Fiduciary  funds  collected  from  said  organizations  shall  be  used  to  finance  the  aforementioned
                    scholarships subject to availability of actual cash collections. The above mentioned scholarship shall
                    be enjoyed by the student on top of other scholarships.
