2018-2019 YEARBOOK
Chair Statement:
We have seen many changes the last few years in Alaska
Industry and in the field of testing and inspection. With oil prices
staying down and production lowering there is a greater need to
maintain the infrastructure and prevent failures. We are also
focusing on including our industries such as aviation, marine,
utilities and commercial builders. We have a very healthy NDT/
inspection business operating throughout the state of Alaska.
Another of our goals is to working more closely with other
organizations such as AWS, ASME, ASQ and NACE to of some
cooperative meetings or functions.
