What does “education be tuition free” means?

College or university tuition is the cost of the inscription for each student in an
educational institution. Educational Tuition can help to maintain the college or any kind

of institution in a good condition. Also, Tuition helps to repair and maintain the basic
needs and the salary of the teachers.

- Limiting

Isn’t educational tuition usually optional?

In some educational institutions for example: in private institutions, the tuition is an
obligation but in public colleges or universities, the tuition is totally free.

Isn’t educational tuition necessary?
Educational tuition is necessary for private institutions, because they need a salary or an

income to pay all the necessary things such as teacher’s salary, basic needs, maintain

and repair the institution.
