AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLERS
The people that manage the air traffic are called air traffic controllers or ATCs. Air traffic controllers have an important role in aircraft operations. They ensure that the air traffic flow, both on ground and in the air, is safe, orderly, fast and efficient. To do this, they have a few roles to fulfil:
1. They must separate aircraft so that they are not too close to each other.

2. They are to provide information to pilots, such as weather information.
ATC
3. They have to give assistance during an aircraft emergency, such as a crash!
4. They provide air traffic services and monitoring in controlled airspace.
