They are Apron Control, Aeronautical Information Services, Meteorological Office, Rescue Coordination Centre, Airport Emergency Services and the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore. RULES AND REGULATIONs
The Aeronautical Information Services (AIS) is in charge of handling all aeronautical information. They issue, receive and monitor NOTAMS (Notices to Airmen), prepare the Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP), accept flight plans and many more.
