to anyone else who hasn’t written a biography that they might like to do so. But please don’t feel under pressure – we have plenty of time. Unfortunately!
Ah well, since the kitchen floor is clean I’ll go and get dinner!

Hi everyone - I was going to reply to Ann's email too when Glenda's came through.
I live down a track so we don't get much traffic and now the human traffic has slowed up too and on my infrequent journeys out (visited the centre of town for the first time in 3 months on Thursday!) there do seem to be more cars about. For me the first six weeks of lockdown passed in a flash as there were carers coming in twice a day and I had lots of tasks to do.. Then because it had been so busy it has been a month of quiet and I want to get out and about again. I
too would like to see my friends face to face, I cannot be seen at ZOOM meetings nor hear what is going but I have enjoyed seeing faces again from the coffee chat after church at 12.00 on Sundays. Services have been streamed and I have watched them both from Abbots Bromley (Staffs) and here in Malvern spread over the week. But I want to go out for a meal, go to the theatre/cinema even travel on a train (with my face mask now of course) and wander around
Grand Central looking at the little shops and meeting my work friends in the tapas bar! If the weather holds next week I am meeting a friend under the trees on Malvern Common but we were wondering how our quiz nights are going to look like in future - not much
room for social distancing at The Wells Club we fear.
But this afternoon I watched the National Theatre showing of The Madness of King George that I enjoyed very much.
People I know do know of people who have died of Covid 19 although not here locally in Malvern. One of Stuart's friends in Leicester lost an uncle and an aunt with it, they both died within a day of each other in different hospitals. I am concerned too that with a loosening of lockdown there will be another spike as people mix together more but equally we cannot stay in lockdown for ever! We are pretty good at social distancing here and dance around each other on pavements or when going in/out of the local small stores who have done very well with
all the extra custom! Long may they continue!
