Wednesday Delegate Session Proposed MFB Bylaw Amendments Relating to State Study Committee Report
The following amendments would implement Recommendation #1, re-districting; and add an additional district:
Article VIII. Section 3. Manner of Election. For the purpose of electing directors, commencing at the election to be held at the 2019 Annual Meeting in November, 1945, there are hereby created eleven twelve (1112) districts within the state of Michigan, based upon the geographical location of the local Farm Bureau units representing the members of this association. Said districts are arranged by county as follows:
