Breaking News--There's a New Place in Eagleville
St op in if you're out driving t he back roads.
There's a reason to stop in Eagleville,
now, aside from receiving a speeding
ticket. Recently opened, it's The
Grindst one Cowboy, the brainchild of
a country music singer. The Cowboy is
open 6 days a week (closed on Sunday)
and combines a traditional coffee
house vibe with fabulous food at
breakfast and lunch, a wine bar, beer
on tap, and a fresh baked goods
counter that will make you sigh with
delight. (Gluten free bread for
sandwiches is available). The salads
here are a religious experience. In the
moderate price range, this is the place
to be if you're out this way. Opens early,
WiFi, computer charging ports, closes at 4 PM.
Friendly service, generous portions.
live music at times, ambiance. Saddle up and t ry it .
