Important notes:
In the plural, Mr. becomes Messrs. e.g. Messrs. Brown,
Green, Smith and Stevens want to make an airline
reservation to Manchester.
In the plural, Mrs. becomes Mmes. e.g. Mmes. Brown,
Green, Smith and Stevens are on leave.
In the plural, Ms. becomes either Mses. or Mss. e.g. Mses.
Brown, Green, Smith and Stevens are on holiday.
With a long list of names, it is better to utilise the plural
forms of these titles. However, with two or three names,
you should simply repeat the honorific e.g. Mrs. Green,
Mrs. Brown and Mrs. Smith will travel to Manchester on
Sunday.
