Preface:
The most convenient way to get in contact with people in the
business environment comes from sending messages or any type of
written communications, which are commonly known as business
correspondences. Even in the current digital era of the advanced
information technology, traditional ways of correspondences have
not lost their credibility and necessity.
Business correspondences depend on exchanging formal
letters, e-mails and other forms of written messages. People
depend on this kind of correspondences and utilise them
frequently when they are not able to have a verbal agreement,
explanation and description of something to the others.
Due to the significant role that correspondences play in the
business environment of the tourism and hospitality industry,
they are frequently utilised in this field. They refer to the process
of exchanging information in a written format for different
business activities. They are extremely important and
necessary for monitoring business transactions, maintaining a
good relationship with other companies, as well as creating and
maintaining goodwill between organisations working in this field
and their customers.
