Reservation Clerk

       Working as a reservation clerk in an airline company, a travel agency or
a hotel requires you to use the best way of speaking that make the customer
satisfied. Speaking to your customer clearly and politely is an important part
of your duties, which affects positively on the company's reputation and
image.

       There are some sentences that can be use in different situations for a
perfect conversation between you as a reservation clerk and your customer:

  1- Greeting:
   - Good (morning/afternoon/evening) (sir/madam – Mrs./ Miss/Ms.).
   - Hello (Mr./Mrs/Miss/Ms.) Grey. It is a pleasure to see you again in our

       company.
   2- Offering to help:
   - Could you tell me, how can I help you?
   - Could you tell me, how may I help you?
   - How may I help you?
   - How can I help you?
   - May I help you?
   - Can I help you?

   3- Asking about the passenger's date of travel:
   - Could you tell me, when would you like to travel?
