Migration in our current world
The term migrations refers to the movement of people from one country or locality
place to another. Some migrations are voluntary and sometimes they are forced. In the 21st
century the most common reasons why people are induced to migrate voluntary is to improve
economic opportunities. The main reasons why people migrate in today's world are to improve
standard living, to have better job opportunities and to give brighter futures for their offsprings.

One reason why people migrate in today's world is to improve standard living.
Throughout the world people no longer are content to having below average lives. In third
world countries especially, people have been struggling and suffering the consequences of not
having basic needs like clean drinkable water, electricity and among others. As a result, people
decide to leave their homeland because of the lack of these essential resources.

Another reason why people migrate in today's world is to have better job opportunities.
People want to be paid what their work is actually worth. In developing and third world
countries people work long hours 7 days a week and can't seem to reach end means. Their
salary is not sufficient for all their expenses that involves clothing, food, basic needs etc. In
advance countries people have a variety of well-paying job they can choose from. Their salary
is enough to pay for all their expenses and even have some money left over to save up or spend
it on other things.

The final reason why people migrate in today's world is to give brighter futures for their
offsprings. From the education to the health system in a country that is just starting off is very
difficult for their kids to take full advantage of what they have at their disposable. Migrating to
developed countries allows their sons and daughters to have better opportunities in becoming
professionals in the field of their choosing, obtaining well-paying jobs, getting the right
treatment at hospitals and overall improving their life status fully.

In short, People want to put on their life vest in order for them to stay afloat and make
it in this world. Migrating to a developed country can be the best decision someone can make
if they are drowning in their own homeland because one can improve standard living
drastically, get better job opportunities and give brighter futures for their kids.
