occupational therapists
Occupational therapists are the specialists who adapt dierent therapeutic solutions for patients going through physical,
mental and emotional trauma. By incorporating new techniques, therapists help patients develop, recover and improve skills
to overcome their trauma so they can get back to leading a normal life. Therapists also teach patients with permanent
disabilities how to use specially designed equipment and helping devices to assist them with day-to-day living. Although
many patients rely on equipment and devices to assist them with daily routines, some still remain in continual chronic pain.
When therapists introduce the Tennant Biomodulators and Biotransducer into recovery therapy, patients often experience
an immediate reduction in pain. In some cases, treatment eliminates their pain altogether, so patients heal faster and in turn,
live a more productive, happy life. The devices can also be instrumental in calming PTSD. The use of the Biomodulator and
Biotransducer can also be an eective adjunctive solution for treating and healing chronic wounds without the use of drugs.
Patient conditions treated by OTs using the Tennant Biomodulators and Biotransducer devices include, but are not limited to:
Stroke Patients Mental Health Concussion/Head Injuries
Pediatric Disabilities Geriatric Specialization Spinal Cord Injuries
Physical Rehabilitation Veteran PTSD/ANS Conditions Wound Healing
Muscle Contractures Amputation Cognitive Impairment/Confusion
Hand Injuries
Case Study
A Patient diagnosed with a crushed tibia was given an original prognosis of six to eight weeks recovery time before
attempting to walk. After three weeks of treatments with the Tennant Biomodulator therapy, the patient entered physical
therapy to fully regain his walking abilities. Final X-rays showed the tibia had rebuilt solid bone where it had been crushed.
