                        '  25Yo if tlte project scores at least 40% and below  5002, meaning  that sorne  objectives/results
                        set in the applicatiorr  have not been reached,  limiting the global  result of the pr.oject,

                        '  35yo if the project scoles at least 30Yo and below 40% meaning that several  impoftant
                        objectives/results  set in the application  have not been rcached, the global result of the project
                        has been atfected  and the project  can be considered only partially  achieved;

                        '  55yo if the project  scores at least 20Yo and below 30% meaning that the rnajority  of the
                        objectives/Lesults  set in the application  have not been rcached, the global result of the project
                        has been strongly affected  and the ploject cannot be considered  achieved;

                        '  75Vo if the project  scores  below 20%, meaning  that any objectives/results  set in the
                        application  have not been reached and any substantial  outcomes  ofthe project  have not been
                        reached in a satisfactory  way.

                  3. Without  prejudice  to the right to terminate  the grant,  the Agency  may also apply  a 20%-reduction
                     mte on the maximutn  amount of the grant if an obligation under the Glant Agreement  has been
                     breached, in particular in case of non-compliance  with the obligation  of visibility  of Union
                     funding  set out in Article Il.8 which  constitutes  a substantial  obligation.

                 ARTICLE I.I9-SETTLEMENT  OF DISPUTES WITH NON.EU  BENEFICIARIES

                 This plovision  applies where a beneficiary  is legally established in a country other than a Member
                  State of the European Union (the'non-EU  beneficiary').

                  As an exception to Afticle  I1.18.2, any of the parties (the Agency or the non-EU beneficiary) rnay
                  bring before the Belgian  Courts  any dispute between  them concerning  the interpretation, application  or
                  validity of the Agleernent, if such dispute  cannot be settled arnicably.

                  Where  one party has broLrght  proceedings  befbre  the Belgian  Courts, the other pafty may not bring a
                  clairr arising fi'orn the interpretation,  application  or validity of the Agleement  in any other court than
                  the Belgian  Coufts before which the proceedings  have already  been brought.

                 ARTICLE I.2O  COOPERATION OBLIGATIONS
                  Considering  that the Agency cooperates rvith some bodies for the management ol the Erasrnus*
                  Progt'atntne,  in pafiicular with the EU Delegations and for those countries concerned the National
                  Erasmtts*  Offices  (NEO),  the beneficiaries  shall provide these bodies with alI the information  relevant
                  tbr the irnplementation  of the tasks entrusted  to them  and shall grant  access to theil sites, premises  and
                  documents fol any question  relating  to the actiorr.

                  ARTICLE I.2I  EU RESTRICTIVE  MEASURES

                  participants to wolkshops  and/or trainings and recipients of financial  support to third parties, in the
                  lists of EU restrictive Ineasures, The lists of persons,  groups,  errtities subject to the EU restrictive
                  nleasures  are maintained  by the Service  for Foreign Policy lnstrument  and published on the following
