ARTICLE I.IO - ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS ON AWARD OF CONTRACTS AND
SUBCONTRACTING

In addition to the provisionS set out in Article Il.l0 of the Gerrel'al Conditions, where the value of a
cotrtract awarded in accordauce with tlrose Articles is over EUR 25.000 and less than EUR 134.000,
the beneficiaries shall launch a tendering procedure and obtain competitive offers from at least three
suppliers and retain the otte offerirrg best value for money, observing the pLinciples of transparency
and eqttal treatment of potential contractors and taking care to avoid conflicts of interests. Where the
value of a contract awarded in accordance with those Articles exceeds EUR I34.000, natiorral
legislation will be applicable.

beneficiaries ntay not split the purchase of equipment into srnallercontracts below the threshold.

co-ordinator must clearly document the tendering procedure and letain the documentation in
particular fol audit purposes in accordance with Article 11.27 of the Genelal Conditions.
ARTICLE I.1I _ OBLIGATION TO CONCLUDE AN' INTE AL COOPERATION

AGREEMENT

The beneficiaries must corrclude an internal cooperation agreemellt including provisions on the
matragetnent, operatiou and coordination of the beneficiaries and the irnplementation of the action.

A signed copy of this paftnerchip agreement will have to be provided by e-mail to the Agerrcy within 6
mottths of the signature of this Agreement. Where the beneficiaries have failed to submit this
partnership agreernent, the provisions set out in Article II.l7,3.l of the GeneralConditions will apply.

ARTICLE I.I2 INAPPLICABILITY OF THE NO-PROFIT PRINCIPLE

As an exception to Article 11.25.3, the no-plofit principle does not apply.

ARTICLE l.t3 ELIGIBILITY OF EQUIPMENT COSTS
-
By way of derogation fi'onr Article ll.l9.2 (c) of the General Conditions, and considering the particular
nature of the Erasmus* Programme - Capacity BLrilding in the field of higher education, the total
purchase cost of the equipment will be taken into account by the Agency rather tlran the equipment's
depreciation corresponding to the duration of the action and the rate of actual use for the purposes of
the action. Depreciation costs shall be considered ineligible.

ARTICLE I.I4 SPECIAL PROVISIONS ON BUDGET TRANSF'ERS

By way of derogation from the first subparagraph of Alticle 11.22 of the General Conditions, the
coordinator may, in agreement with the beneficiaries, when carrying out the action, adjust the
estimated budget by tlansf'ers between categories of eligible costs, provided that this adjustment of
expenditure does not affect the implementation of tlie action and tlre transfer between categories does
trot exceed l0% of the atnount of each category of estirnated eligible costs for which the transfer is
itttended, and without exceeding the total eligible costs indicated in Anicle 1.3.

ARTICLE I.I5 PUBLICITY OBLIGATIONS

l. For the purpose of Article Il.8 of the grarrt agreernent, relating to the publicity and use of the
relevant logo. the beneficiaries rnust follow the instructions available on the following website:
