Employee Development
Employee development is critical to building on the competencies required to meet
dynamic industry and customer needs . At AdvanSix we believe that all employees are
empowered to steer their careers and are encouraged to take an approach together
with their managers in their individual learning and development .
According to long-term research and expert opinion, the most effective model for
development is a combined ‘experience, exposure, education’ approach . We believe
that learning is a career-long endeavor and place the greatest emphasis on learning
by doing, supported by feedback, training, and self-reflection . No two journeys will be
the same but each is equally important to AdvanSix’s long-term success .
