DBE will fund the planning stages, then halt until funds are available in the system.
The committee to look at the possible business case, with the alumni assisting in raising funds for some of the buildings.
General Discussion
The design team to prepare a PEP for the project cost analysis to look at BTKM
design, procurement, and construction.
The Architectural expression and Master plan to be considered to help sell
the project.
Resource planning to be considered, what is available in the area? Both
skills and materials for full community participation.
Feedback is also required from the alumni, SGB, teachers and the
community.
