Building

The Division of Building offers the following full-time programmes:

• Diploma in Architectural Drafting Technology

- 2 Years or 4 Semesters

• Diploma in Cabinet & Furniture Making

- 2 Years or 4 Semesters

• Diploma in Carpentry & Joinery

- 2 Years or 4 Semesters

• Diploma in Civil & Structural Drafting Technology

- 2Years or 4 Semesters

• Diploma in Masonry

- 2 Years or 4 Semesters

• Certificate in Painting & Decorating

- 1 Year or 2 Semesters

• Diploma in Plumbing

- 2 Years or 4 Semesters

For the Diploma programmes, all students MUST acquire a

Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2 or above in their first year
in order to advance to the second year.
