1. Under the Skill column, list the specific skill or ability you need to develop.
2. Under the Skill Type column, list whether the skill is a Hard skill or a Soft skill. Choose the
one that best fits the definition below:
 Hard Skill – A technical skill centered on your knowledge (writing, reading, speaking)
 Soft Skill – A skill centered on your personality traits (customer service, leadership).
3. Under the Source column, list where you are planning to develop the specific skill.
