1. Under the Skill column, list the specific skill or ability you have.
2. Under the Skill Type column, list whether the skill is a hard skill or a soft skill. Choose the
one that best fits the definition below:
 Hard skill – A technical skill centered around your knowledge (writing, reading,
speaking)
 Soft skill – A skill centered on your personality traits (customer service, leadership).
3. Under the Source column, list where you developed the specific skill. Choose from the
following:

4. Under the Evidence/Proof column, specifically describe how you can prove you have the

5. Under the Tabbed Skill Area column, you should list the general skill area under which

Gathering, Sorting, and Refining Work Samples.
