Employers Are Looking for Talent
Today’s employers no longer have to compete as hard to attract the
graduates, and they have a large pool of applicants from which to
choose. Hiring has changed with the integration of new technolo-

requirements of the degree and looking for the specific skills that

meet company goals and projects across the organization. HR is
developing a pool of talent, and they are looking for people who can
meet the needs. Knowing your skills and rare talents and meeting
the needs of the employer are the keys to getting the position in
today’s job market.
