Group discussion:
 A SWOT analysis is a way of looking at factors that impact your career; things you can
control, and things that you can’t control.
 SWOT stands for Strengths (S), Weaknesses (W), Opportunities (O), and Threats (T).
 The SWOT framework allows you to look at yourself personally as separate from others.
 What makes you stand out?
 What do you do well, what are the things you could improve on, what opportunities exist
for you, and what do your weaknesses expose you to from other job applicants?
