        needs  an  ideal  teacher  who  will  embrace
        learner’s  differences  and  use  them  to

        An  ideal  teacher  is  a  teacher  who  is
        democratic in his profession, a teacher who
        puts  learners  in  charge  of  their  own
        learning. A teacher who mediates learning,
        and            let          learners                  create                their             own
        knowledge.  A  teacher  who  teaches  today
        the  kind  of  learning  children  need  for
        tomorrow.  In  this  regard  creativity,
        innovation, critical thinking and problem
        solving  which  are  needed  as  21   century
