Baan Lamed is in Tumbon lamed, Chaiya district. It is a community of farmers who have
inherited hundreds of years. Interesting activities for tourists are the practice of making salted eggs
according to the traditional Chaiya process, study feeding duck as natural in order to bring eggs to produce
salted eggs, study of native rice varieties and rice cultivation according to folk wisdom and sufficiency
economy theory, rowing boat to pick lotus, visit Wat Pa Li Lai, taste local dishes such as freshwater
snail curry, climbing perch with shrimp paste. The famous OTOP products are Chaiyai Rice, riceberry,
Non-Toxic Sangyod rice, and salted eggs of Village Health Volunteer, which won the first prize in the
