1.3 Customer Charter
a. New applications, renewal and upgrading/additional categories & contractor specialisation will be completed within 10 working days from the date of application.
b. Application for change in details of registration will be completed within 3 working days.
c. Certificate of Registration will be generated online on the same day of online registration.
ii. CONSTRUCTION PERSONNEL REGISTRATION
a. CIDB Construction Personnel Registration Cards (Smart Card) to be completed within 10 working days from the date of issuance of receipt.
