The TOs will enable the ATP to analyse the aims of the training programme and the learning to be achieved at the end of the training programme.
Training Programme Objectives (TPOs)
Specific, discrete units of knowledge and skills. The TPOs are breakdowns of the TOs according to the knowledge, skills and application the trainee has to acquire in order to achieve the TOs.
Training Topics
The topics which this training programme aims to cover. They include materials, handouts and reference materials.
Training Methodologies
Indicate the training methodology – lecture, case study, self-directed learning, project-based assignments, portfolios, etc. and the time allocated for each training topic and activity.
Training Mode
The training mode refers to whether the training programme is face-to-face, e-learning or self-study. This affects the methodology as each mode of delivery has different learning and delivery methods.
