Trainee Assessment Methods
Provides information on the assessment methods used to evaluate the trainees, i.e. formative and summative methods which include multiple choice questions (MCQs), essays, case studies, practical, oral interview etc. and the results from the evaluation exercises, i.e. grades, levels, etc. They also encompass the diagnostic methods such as pre- and post-assessments conducted and their results.
Time
Specifies the time allocated for each training topic and its assessment. It determines whether the allocation is sufficient to cover the depth, understanding and assessment of the required training topics.
Training Evaluation
Evaluation of the trainers, learning processes, materials and methodologies. This ensures that training is effective and beneficial to the trainees. Training evaluation is a form of continuous improvement for the trainers and content developers in their understanding of the needs of the construction industry.
