Project Management
Our Project Management is the process of leading the work of our team to achieve goals and success criteria for every project. The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals within the given constraints. The primary constraints are scope, time, quality and budget. Our goal, is to manage the process, even with change, and maintain reasonable expectations for all parties.
4 Logo Access & Usage
Client Brand Guidelines are needed before we begin your project. If none are aviliable, we require an email stating that status.
The BOSS Logo Authorization Form must be submitted. To access the form click HERE. Once authorization is received, a vector logo (.ai or .eps format) is required. If not available, please supply the logo as a high-res jpeg or png at 300dpi or higher.
5 Design
Once received, a customized initial design will be presented that is reflective of client culture and personality by using your client’s logo, messaging and brand guidelines (if available).
6 Review & Approval
Up to four rounds of edits are included for each project, unless otherwise stated in this document. Additional edits will be based on an hourly rate.
We require at least one round of review from the consulting team, prior to sharing with the client. It is also recommended one account team member be tasked with compiling all edits in order to help minimize the edit rounds.
Before delivering a final product, we request final approval from the client. This can be an email stating that the project is approved and is ready for the next step.
7 Final Deliverable Digital: A finalized digital PDF will be
provided once final approval is received. If utilizing Flipbook technology, please allow 2–3 business days for upload.
Print: The cost for printing using third- party vendors is the responsibility of the client unless otherwise arranged with the account team. A print quote will be supplied for client approval.
Translation Services: If translation services are needed, the cost is the responsibility of the client unless otherwise arranged with the account team. A quote will be provided for client approval.
