Life & AD&D Insurance Benefits:
Effective after 90 days of employment.
Life insurance provides financial security for the people who depend on you. Your beneficiaries will receive a lump-sum payment if you die while employed by Skyline Windows. The company provides basic life insurance of one times your annual salary up to a maximum of $50,000.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance provides payment to you or your beneficiaries if you lose a limb or die in an accident. Skyline provides AD&D coverage of one times your annual salary up to a maximum of $50,000. This coverage is in addition to your company-paid life insurance described above and is provided at no cost to you.
