Optional Life Insurance
Administered by SunLife
Employees who want to supplement their Skyline Windows paid group life insurance benefits may purchase additional coverage through SunLife’s voluntary program. When you enroll yourself and/or dependents into this program, you are responsible for paying the full cost through payroll deductions.
Choose the benefit amounts that best meet your needs and your budget:
Employees can elect up to: $20,000 up to $500,000 in $10,000 increments not to exceed 5 times your basic annual earnings – with no medical questions asked up to $100,000 if under age 60 and $20,000 if ages 60-69.
Skyline employees who waive Optional Life Insurance upon hire and would like to purchase additional coverage in the future MUST complete an “evidence of insurability questionnaire”.
