This was a Master Plan comprised of four (4)
separate projects spanning over a five (5) years.
Program included additions, renovations and new
construction to upgrade facility to a state-of-the-
art Hospital. BER worked closely with Hospital
Personnel and their Architectural Team to
accomplish their vision.

ANNEX BUILDING:
New 15,120sf, 3-story Doctor’s Office
and Hospital Lab building attached to
Main Hospital via a new connecting
link.
PARKING GARAGE:
New 74,000sf, (4) story open parking
garage.
