NPS - SAUGUS IRON WORKS
Saugus, Massachusetts
Renovations to Saugus Iron Work for the National Parks Services on the site of the first integrated ironworks in North
America circa 1646-1668. Program included improvements to Iron Works House, Industrial Area Accessibility
Improvements, Visitor Contact Station and the Collection Storage area.
EISENHOWER HOUSE
Newport, Rhode Island
System upgrades to the home originally built in 1873 and once served as a summer home for President Dwight
Eisenhower.
STADIUM THEATRE
Woonsocket, Rhode Island
Originally built in 1926 in the construction of the Paramount Theatre in New York it houses a lavish movie house.
Renovation program included restoring the theatre to its former glory. Theatre now hosts local and regional theatre, dance
and musical performances.
FORT WETHERILL AQUATIC RESOURCE CENTER
Jamestown, Rhode Island
Restoration of three existing former military buildings at Fort Wetherill State Park into an Aquatic Resource Center.
Program included "wet lab" capable of circulating 200gallons of seawater per minute, office space, research laboratories
and small boat maintenance area.
HOWLAND HOUSE
New Bedford, Massachusetts
Originally built in 1834 for the John Howland family, in 2005 a three-alarm fire ravaged the structure and it became
uninhabited. Restoration work to covert the home into apartments.
TUCKERMAN HALL
Worcester, Massachusetts
Originally built in 1902 for The Worcester Woman's Club now houses the Massachusetts Symphony Orchestra.
Renovation program included installation of a service room, air conditioning, handicapped access including an elevator
and lifts to facilitate accessibility to 10 different floor levels within the structure.
