OUR LEGEND LIVES ON, “A TOUCH OF SILVER IN SOLID GOLD”
my! A lovely time to remember. It was all
like a dream. I have already spent three
Oyears in this school. I remember my first
year in this school, it was like being in another

how would I cope,
another level and a
harder one which I was not sure of scaling
through, but with the help of my friends and
teachers, I scaled through SS 2. I was so happy
that I could do things that I had never done. My
second year was very tough that if not for the
support of my friends and teachers, I would have
been nowhere. I can vividly remember my first
Algebra lesson in SS 2 when I could not
understand anything. I had to consult my friend,
Chimdindu Dim, who put me through the topic because going to the teacher was another difficult task
for me.
So far, so good, I thank God for my stay in this school, scaling through SS 1, SS 2 and SS 3 and it seemed
that the higher the level, the harder the challenges. At this stage, most teachers think that once you enter
SS 3, your character changes, but it is not true. I am so happy; I have scaled through the hurdle.
To my set mates, I say a very big shout out and congratulations to all for our successful stay at GISS and
all the good times we had together, especially our Leadership Training and Summer lessons. It was great
being together, but do not forget that we are ending this phase to start another.
Remember, the legacy continues; the legacy begins and the legend lives on. Also do not forget that “the
clock is ticking.” To my friends in other classes especially the junior ones: Bukky, Chiamaka, Angela,
Gift, Chidera, Angel E., Angel U., my sister, Tochi, and all my teachers, I say a very big thank you for
being there for me.
This is where our journey with the great GISS ends!!! The set of 2k19: The Legends.
