1. Positive sentence
Subject + to be (am, is, are) + Verb-ing + Object

For instance: She is doing her homework now.

2. Negative sentence
Subject + to be (am, is, are) + not +Verb-ing + Object

For instance: She is not doing her homework now

3. Interrogative sentence
To be (am, is, are) + Subject + Verb-ing + Object?

For instance: Is she doing her homework now?
