functions and freedom it provides. Therefore, we need to blend

their experiences with educational content to venture towards

a better future for all.

Students are being taught Languages, Mathematics, Science

and Social Sciences (IQ Skills). Mastering these subjects are to

the advantage of the student’s future however lack of skills to

communicate knowledge will make it all worthless.

Therefore, it is critical to blend IQ and EQ. Problem solving,

creativity, leadership, Oral and written communications,

diversity, collaboration, ethics and lifelong learning (EQ-Skills) –

these are skills they will face daily when employed in jobs that

currently do not exists. Not just employment but creating

global awareness to implement sustainable development goals.
