C. Paper Publications of the BSIT Faculty
Faculty members are also encouraged by the College, through the Research and
Development (R&D) Office, to regularly communicate the results of their research projects or
research outputs through publishing them in various refereed journals. Incentives have also been
provided to faculty members who have published their research papers in reputable, refereed
journals. The giving of incentives has likewise been done to increase the research productivity
among the faculty members.
Table 9 shows the list of the research papers which have been published by the
faculty members of the BSIT program with consideration on the alignment of these publications
to the institution’s research agenda.
