Empower Barangay Officials Through ICT (e-Barangay) V2.0
Prior to termination of the project e-Barangay V1.0, a post-monitoring survey and
evaluation was conducted by the proponents and it was found out that most of the
beneficiaries just ended their term and new set of barangay officials were elected on May
2019 election. Thus, replanning and consultation with the newly elected barangay officials
was conducted. Upon brainstorming and assessment on the needs of the newly elected
barangay officials, it is acknowledged that there is a need to continue the project with
another set of beneficiaries or trainees (newly elected barangay officials). Therefore, it
was decided to proposed a second phase of the project.
The proponents then prepare the project proposal and other documentary
requirements and submitted it to the higher office. Before the approval of the project
proposal, it must undergo a process of reviewing and other necessary steps. It must be
presented in the annual institutional in-house review scheduled every December. Below
is the Gantt chart of activities to accomplished.
