Cristo Mountains in southern Colorado and New Mexico which are one hundred miles away. It was from the magnificent mountain that Katherine Lee Bates wrote “America the Beautiful.” Tonight, an event that is an old favorite--The Flying W Ranch is back after a horrific fire in 2012. On top of the popular Chuckwagon Supper, a big draw to the ranch is the world-renowned Flying W Wranglers, the second oldest Western singing band in the world. A fun evening. CD
l THURSDAY, JUNE 6: We travel today to Rawlins, WY for an overnight stay at. Before we check in for the night, we are going to visit the Wyoming Frontier Prison. The Wyoming Frontier Prison is a remnant of the grisly past of the old west, but not every aspect of prison life was so off-putting. The prison has since been listed on The National Registry of Historic Places. An included dinner will top off the evening before we head to the hotel to get some rest after a busy day. BD
l FRIDAY, JUNE 7: We travel today to Jackson, WY for a two-night stay at The Antler Inn. A beautiful ‘old western town,’ the Town Square features arches made of shed antlers from the nearby National Elk Refuge. To the North are the peaks of Grand Teton National Park, as well as the vast Yellowstone National Park. Along the way we will make a stop at the National Museum of Wildlife Art. At the National Museum of Wildlife Art you’ll stand face to face with life-size sculptures on our outdoor trail, take in vistas of the National Elk Refuge, and experience wildlife of the world through art of all mediums in our curated collection and exhibits. You will also enjoy and included lunch at The Palate. BL
l SATURDAY, JUNE 8: Entering the Grand Teton National Park, we experience some of the most spectacular mountain ranges anywhere in the world. The highlight today will be a unique adventure as we take the scenic “Float Ride” down the beautiful Snake River amidst the striking Tetons. The guide will fill you in on all the history and folklore of the area. Following lunch in the Mural Room at Jackson Lake Lodge, we return to Jackson. L

  l SUNDAY, JUNE 2: Leave early this morning on an exciting adventure, traveling to St Louis, MO, where you will have an opportunity to visit the Arch, the symbolic gateway to the west. Our hotel is the Drury Inn, St. Louis Downtown. L
l MONDAY, JUNE 3: Traveling on through Missouri and the Sunflower State of Kansas to Abilene, once the wildest town in the West. While here we will visit the Seelye Mansion, one of the finest historic homes in Kansas. The mansion contains the original furniture and Edison light fixtures. A guide will escort us as we learn about the history of the mansion. We will also stop to visit and walk around the Eisenhower Museum Grounds. All in one beautiful and peaceful setting. Overnight in Salina, KS. BL
l TUESDAY, JUNE 4: Arrive in the foothills of the Rockies for a two-night stay in Colorado Springs at the Quality Inn and Suites. A stop at the U.S. Air Force Academy gives us a look at the soaring chapel buildings and grounds.

l WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5: This morning the Garden of The Gods gives us a look at the beautiful, massive red sandstone formations. A ride to the summit of Pikes Peak on the newly renovated Cog Railroad. On a cloudless day you can see Denver and the Sangre de
