Our adventure begins with a visit to the Amish Farmers Market in Boardman, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch at your leisure, sampling a variety of fresh, homemade Amish foods and treats. Afterward, we’ll head to Fellow Rivers Gardens, a serene spot to appreciate the beauty of nature and its seasonal displays. Next, we’ll visit the Arm Museum, where you’ll immerse yourself in the region’s fascinating history and exhibits. To end the day on a warm and cheerful note, we’ll gather for a Christmas dinner at Das Dutch House, where you’ll enjoy a hearty, festive meal in a cozy atmosphere. Finally, we’ll make our way to the stunning Firestone Christmas Lights, where you’ll be enchanted by the dazzling holiday displays, making for the perfect conclusion to a wonderful day of holiday cheer and local treasures.

DICKENS VICTORIAN VILLAGE
Today, we’re off to Cambridge to explore the charming Dickens Victorian Village, where life-sized Dickens- themed vignettes bring the past to life. Our journey begins with a guided tour, where we’ll learn the fascinating story behind the creation of this festive village, featuring over 164 mannequins lined along the main street. Next, we’ll make a sweet stop at Kennedy’s Bakery, a beloved local favorite where you can indulge in delicious treats that keep visitors coming back year after year. This spot also offers a perfect view of the Victorian scenes on this side of town. We’ll continue our exploration with a visit to the oldest frame house in Cambridge, where we’ll hear the heartwarming tale of “A Coal Miner’s Christmas.” Then, step back in time as we visit a one-room schoolhouse, where an old-fashioned teacher will guide us through what a school day would have been like in the Victorian era. After all this sightseeing, we’ll enjoy a holiday buffet lunch at Theo’s, and don’t forget to save room for the famous Mile-High Pie! The afternoon will include a stop at the Dickens Welcome Center and the Cambridge Glass Museum. Before wrapping up, there’ll be plenty of time to shop. The highlight of the day will be the Courthouse Light Show, where over 5,000 lights dance in perfect harmony with festive holiday music—an unforgettable finale to our day!
