SO WHAT DO WE OFFER?

No Fees
We don't charge you any fees! We are your tenant, and we will pay you the rent regardless of whether or not the property is occupied. We guarantee your rent each month
and pay it directly to you for the entirety of your contracted term, additionally a personal guarantee can be provided if you do not like company contracts.

Managed

All our tenants are hand picked and selected by our in-house team and referenced by our certified online referencing platform. We limit the number of tenants living in a
property and match up the tenants to like-minded individuals so you can rest assure your property is cared for and enjoyed to it’s full capacity! Quarterly
inspection are also conducted and emailed directly to the landlord.

Maintained
We are dedicated to managing all of our portfolio to the highest standard. We often find that certain styles are better suited to the available clients and are always looking
to find ways to upgrade and improve your home (with your permission of course!). Resulting in your property being returned in an even better condition than when we received it!

Hassle Free

We look to lease individual units, buildings & HMO’s on a 2-3 year agreement, then assess and identify the most efficient method of renting your property, again with
your consent of course.
