Is London Cribs Ltd an Estate Agent? No.
We are effectively both the tenant and the property manager. You as the landlord will have a contract with us. We will pay you the rent each month for a fixed term and we will also manage
the property and lease it to working professionals.
What are the charges for the service? Zero.
There are no charges for the service to the Landlord. Contractually we are the tenants and we also pay the rent directly to the landlord.
Who are London Cribs Ltd tenants?
They are all working professionals aged between 25-40. We are very careful in our selection, all tenants are hand picked and selected by our in-house team. In the last 2 years
and 6 months we have only had 1 tenant who failed to pay rent.
What sort of properties do we deal with?
We are happy to consider any type of property, that are in zones 1-4.
What if a tenant doesn’t pay or if the property is empty?
We still pay you the rent.
What are the benefits for the landlord?
It is hassle-free renting with no management of tenants and no loss of rental income on fees.
